This is what I can help you with:

– You need help in preparing or reviewing your Agile delivery frameworks, strategies and plans.

– You need coaching and training for your delivery team/s so that they stand out by delivering value incrementally and iteratively.

– You need an unbiased review or assessment of your delivery teams’ to give everything a fresh look. 

– You are running a company or department wide event (un-conference, hackathon, Open House) and need an awesome facilitator.

You’re non-tech (HR, Branding, Marketing, Legal, Finance..) team and:

– You are looking for someone who can help you with actionable Agile practices to improve your work and make you more agile. 

You’re a start-up and:

– You can’t afford a full time Agile and delivery coach. You just want to hire someone for few days.

– You need career advice, guidance, coaching and mentoring in brand building so that you can get promoted or find a well-paying job.

– Prepare meaningless hybrid methodology frameworks in a culture where no one is interested in using them.

– Apply practices where they are not required and don’t make any difference.

– Create pages and pages of collateral or beautiful PowerPoint slides so that you can impress your boss and colleagues.
